This new session offers a 10-minute spotlight on a different technical issue each week, led by the captain of Christchurch Rowing Club, Lucy Hart. It is aimed primarily at beginners and is followed by a UT2 session

About the event
Lucy Hart, the physio who runs out glutes activation session, is also captain of Christchurch Rowing Club. She is going to run a short 10-minute session looking at a technical aspect of the ergo, aimed primarily at beginners. Join her, and stay for just this session or stay on for a UT2 paddle immediately afterwards, as the Girl on the River's session follows immediately at 7.30am.
