7:15am for 7.30am prompt start, finish by 8am: 20min steady state
Join us as we get into shape for The Big Row hosted by Love Rowing over 5th to 8th September 2024 where this virtual mass-participation rowing event will take us from Paris to LA.
It is easy to enter yourself or with a group from your club or work on the Love Rowing website.
