1992 Olympic champion and 2x Olympic medallist Jonny Searle leads a session of 4x8mins with 2' recovery, with the man who steered him to gold in 1992, Garry Herbert MBE, joining this week as well to cox! Warm-up begins at 8.15 for an 8.30 prompt start to the work.

About the event
Jonny Searle and Garry Herbert memorably won gold in the coxed pair in Barcelona with Jonny's brother Greg. Today they come together again to lead and cox 4x8' pieces, starting prompt at 8.15, with a short warm-up from 8am. There's 2' recovery between pieces. Rate changes will be given at the start and called during the piece.
